Ice Harvester

Since it proved true that underground ice is in abundance on Mars, this building here is developed to melt the underground ice and then pump the melted water to the surface and feed it into the system to be processed. A processing plant will split the water into oxygen and hydrogen, which will then be used in the fuelcells in vehicles and the (tier 1) powerplant. One Ice Harvester provides enough water to supply more than one powerplant.
