Dagger class frigate (Coalition Navy)

Updated the original asset to the updated game project style. The design of the engines and the shield generator is now in line with the other human ship models. This is the first buildable Cruiser class. While being able to deliver some damage with her heavy turret, like all Tech 1 ships she will be outgunned quickly by more advanced ships. Shieldgenerator can be upgraded to Tech 2 though, in case players research in new ship classes is lagging behind, so she gets a bit more survivability.
